Pet Restrictions & Guidelines
- No dogs are allowed in the park except on the 700 row
- Only one dog is allowed per trailer
- Dog must weigh 15 lbs or less
- All pets must be leashed at all times
- Owners are responsible for cleaning up after pets

Resort Guidelines & Policies
Important information to ensure a pleasant stay for all our guests
Reservations
Following guidelines apply for dates including January, February, and/or March:
- Current short-term residents: Reserve same site March 1st for next season
- New long-term reservations: Starting March 10th
- 6-month reservations: Starting April 1st
- 4-month reservations: Starting May 1st
- 3-month reservations: Starting June 1st
- All other reservations: Starting July 1st
Deposits & Payments
- One month's rent required to reserve a site for two months or more
- 25% deposit for reservations less than one month (minimum one night's stay)
- Balance due upon arrival
- Deposits fully refundable if cancelled 60+ days before arrival
- 60-30 days before arrival: $150 service fee
- Less than 30 days: No refunds
RV Requirements
- RVs under 15 years old only
- No pop-ups, truck campers, buses, or tents allowed
- All RVs must be self-contained
- Maximum occupancy varies by site
- Current registration and insurance required
- Clean, well-maintained appearance required
Extra Persons
- Rates based on one or two people per trailer
- More than two people: $3.00 per person per day
- 21+ days: $60 per person per month
- All additional persons must be age 6+
- Visitor registration required
- Quiet hours: 10 PM - 8 AM
Utilities & Services
- All sites include water, sewer, and electric hookups
- 30/50 amp electrical service available
- Electric charges separate for monthly+ stays
- WiFi free for stays 6 months or less
- Propane delivery available seasonally
- Laundry facilities on-site
