RATE SCHEDULES EFFECTIVE 5/1/23

SHORT TERM RATE SCHEDULE

PET SECTION (700 ROW)

Extra Persons: Rates are based on one or two people per trailer. If there are more than two people staying in a trailer, there is an additional charge of $3.00 per person per day for anyone staying more than 21 days or $60 per person per month for each person over age 6.

 

Reservations: The following is only for dates that include Jan, Feb and/or March.

 

Current short-term residents who paid for a minimum of 6 months for the current season may reserve their same site on March 1. After March 5 the site will be released.
For all reservations, we’ll put your name on our waitlist and call you on the appropriate date.

 

For all others: We will accept new long-term reservations for available sites starting March 10.
We will accept 6-month reservations starting March 15.
We will accept 5-month reservations starting April 1.
We will accept 4-month reservations starting May 1.
We will accept 3-month reservations starting June 1.
We will accept all other reservations starting on July 1.
For all reservations, we’ll take a waitlist and call you on the
appropriate date.

 

Deposits: A deposit of one month’s rent is required to reserve a site for two months or more. For reservations of less than two months in length, a deposit of 25% of the total stay (with a minimum of one night’s stay) is required.
The balance of the rent is due upon arrival.

 

Reservation deposits are fully refundable if cancelled at least 60 days before the arrival date. Reservations cancelled between 60 and 30 days before the arrival date will be assessed a $150.00 service fee. No refunds will be given for reservations cancelled less than 30 days prior to the arrival date. There are no refunds for early departures.

 

RVs: RVs under 15 years old only.  No pop-ups, truck campers, buses, or tents allowed.

 

LONG-TERM RATE SCHEDULE

For Park Models Only

Monthly:   $ 570.00*

Note:   The monthly rate is only available after a resident has lived in the park for at least six months or if the renter pays a security deposit equal to two months’ rent. This deposit (less the standard deposit noted below) will be refunded at the end of one year.

Refunds:  There are no refunds of annual or monthly payments.

Deposits:  All new residents are required to pay a security deposit equal to two months’ rent. This deposit will be refunded at the conclusion of tenancy if all requirements are fulfilled.
